Hello Doll

Skills are hard to look at because men are good at hiding the truth, look at this way, if a person had good skills would he or she hide them, people hide skills because of their inadequacies. When I first got introduced to Guy Kawasaki, in case you don’t know about him – read him up on the internet, I was dumbstruck, I couldn’t make head or tail of what he said without taking notes or researching the internet. Some people are so skilled that they make you think to find a way out of your dilemmas. While most, well, they just hide their skills.

I will address the part about hiding skills first, so that you and I both are on the same page, I have dealt with this for years, as an HR person nobody would reveal to you their inadequacies and yet show you made up stuff that was good. A faked CV is one way, hey who is going to find out if the references are correct. So, here are the 10 ways, I think will comprehensively help identify how people could hide skills:

1. Faking CVs and Fake job postings.
2. Faking Identification documentations themselves.
3. Hackers often steal your life.
4. The predator on killing calls himself the prey.
5. Deception of faith, of prophets and gurujis calling themselves God himself.
6. Refusal to talk when it is time to talk, like in an interview.
7. Giving fake references, even making sure the call goes to contrived people.
8. Stealing client databases, or paying low for stolen ones.
9. False narratives like confidence is everything.
10. Hiding things like ones name, spouses name etc.

Doll was a faker! She had her name, her life, even her parentage for almost 20 years, but who could say, nobody knew how old she was. She was doing her justice in front of her God, she was a Catholic Christian and refused to acknowledge even that. “Such a pretty girl,” my mind had told me and I found a reverberation of it in the corridors of New Delhi, where, “I live here,” she told me. She told me about her boyfriends, her past loves, her entire life, “There you have me now,” was the constant refrain.

A Dream That wasn’t

She could lie about anything, I wanted her to be my partner in business, “I am an MBA,” she had said, that I believed because she told me the institute name too. People don’t lie about achievements, they lie about how miserable their lives are. I left the door open, “I know you are lying,” I had thought to myself, but she never came back.

It was the 12th June when she left, and it was on an argument on why she had acquiesced that she was a Catholic, me being a Baptist it didn’t gel too well with me. We are as direct and straightforward as ever, not lying and not making any stories in our head. She, well, there was still so much to say, but she never came back. As it turns out, she scored heavy on points 5,6 and 9 and I am told she is still going her merry way. As a Baptist, I kept her head pointed in the direction that led to heaven, but she had me fooled, I guess I might have been a sucker for that pretty face.

The days are such, that the Lord Jesus Christ is coming back, the signs are there, and in these time it is said, we will see a rise of the fake prophets who will claim to be Him. How does the devil manifest into our lives, now this question I have been debating for years and the answers to this can be found in the Personality who we are. There are really two kinds of personalities, Believers and Non-believers, amongst people who are not atheist or agnostic. When I say, Non Believers, and I shall digress a bit into this, I mean the people who believe in their God but don’t believe in the existence of Lord Jesus Christ. There is a paradox coming up here, for more than 40 years of my life, I have been a non-believer to Jesus Christ and now am a believer to Him. Though through all of this, my personality has changed, I am a Christian and I believe there is God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit and that today He talks to me.

Doll was a personality that I liked because I didn’t know who she really was. When I got to know her, it was over within a second. So what are personalities, let me make another point lists for you:

1. Personalities lie deep within our unconscious.
2. They are the clustered Archetypes that once ignited make us do things that we can’t think of.
3. It’s possible to have multiple personalities.
4. Part personalities that live within us are a disorder of the mind.
5. The best people have a personality and have got rid of part personalities.
6. People hide their personalities for the same reason they hide their skills.
7. To know somebodies personality is to know the Self.
8. The conscious is created by the Unconscious.
9. Personalities have a deep significance to our reality therefore.
10. Do you believe in horoscopes? If you do you would be in the majority that don’t know their personality.

Having said all that I have above, let me dig deeper into my own personality, crafted and perfected by the Lord. I am a firm believer, a logical thinking craftsman. I can work my way through life by the logic of the Bible, which is enough to feed my need for knowledge and wisdom. The need for security is fulfilled by my belief in Him and there is no other need that takes precedence over that. I am organized and well defined and don’t take anything for granted.
